- That made me laugh for like a good hour last night. I love animals.
- What I look like today:

- At least I woke up. I was so exhausted last night. I ran and lifted (well body weight trained) yesterday and then grocery shopped. I think the lack of carbs in my diet yesterday threw my body for a tail spin. Hopefully today will be better. I am just going to make today better, mentally at least. WHOOOOOOOOSSSSSAAAAAAAA.
- After my strength set, I’ll most likely walk another mile on the treadmill. Why not? Burn some more calories while I’m there. Then stretch everything out. Then Protein shake. Then Shower. Then sit on my butt till the Man gets home.
- I’m having a very Fleetwood Mac kind of day, which are the most awesome kind of days. I just launch my playlist on spotify and let the music cool the rest of the world around me. I’ve been in a funk since last week, that I am trying to fake my way out of. I am not sure what launched it, but it’s there. It might be the fact that I am terrified of all of these changes I am inflicting on myself. I am terrified of all the exams coming up (well the 2 of them), I’m scared of all of the races coming up, because I don’t believe in my knees anymore.
- It will be easier once my glasses come in so I can sit back from my computer screen instead of being 7 inches from it.

- So who watched the Bacehlor last night?
- There are only “White-ish” girls left (I guess Selma, and that other chick aren’t ‘white’ but they sure act like they are- no I don’t know what I mean by that.)
- Tierra is a psycho hose beast that will eat Sean’s head on the overnight date
- I really liked Jackie and he sent her packing – figures.
- Apparently Hypothermia is on the menu for tonight. Nothing says group date like the possibility of dying!
- Seriously though. WTF? Has this show just gotten worse over the years? I didn’t watch (wasn’t allowed to watch) the first season, so I have no idea if this has happened before. I think the only Seasons I watched were Ben’s, This one, and one other that obviously left it’s mark because I remember nothing from it.
- Bachelorette – I watched Trista. That was it.
- I am going to work on a surprise for TPWSNBN for our anniversary this year, in June, with the help of my older sister. The problem is, I may start crying during it, so it might not go off as I have predicted in my head, but he’ll get the message.

- I was asked the other day how I started running, and while my answer is simple, I hopped on a treadmill and started running until I had to stop. It started at 30 seconds, and I built up from there. It was only recently (the last 6 months) that I have run 1 mile without a walk break, and then the MCM 10k last October I ran the whole 6.2 miles without a break. I wasn’t fast, but I was running. I want to stress that there are workouts that aren’t for everyone. Like Insanity or P90X. Those aren’t for me. I also hate the elliptical and the Stair Climber. I don’t like areobics, but I’ll do it in the privacy of my own home (I lack all coordination). I LOVE RUNNING. I LOVE LIFTING. I LOVE SPIN. I’m cool with sticking to what I love, and if you try something and hate it, try something else. Don’t be like the Tin Man.
