- run 0.25 miles
- 10 shoulder presses
- 10 Bicep Curls
- 10 squats
- 10 front raises
- 10 dead lifts
- 10 rows
Repeat for 4 rounds
I ended up doing 0.50 miles for the first two rounds, because I felt good, but then didn’t want to push it.

After my workout, I showered and then headed to dunkin donuts for coffee and none of these!
Off to Museums!


I don’t think I could go to a dunkin donuts and not get a donut. That would be torture for me.
