Well I had planned on 8 miles, and only got through 7. I was fighting every step and felt like my body was made of lead. I hit 7 miles and decided that my slow pace was bad enough.
I stopped my Garmin and began walking home.
I don’t feel like its a complete fail, I feel like the fact I went out at all is a win.
I skipped my long run last week because of travel so this was my best attempt.
