I pretty much screwed up my September Calendar, so I decided to try again with October, and put it on the web publicly, that I will update with what actually happened, daily.
I hope this holds me more accountable. I need to include yoga and strength so much to make myself a better runner. I think this calendar is a good start. It will be difficult for me to just be like “No I’m just going to stretch today” but I need to actually do this.
My England Trip kind of throws a wrench in the workouts, but it’s alright, because I am going to attempt a run Wednesday Morning – just 4 miles, but I figure when else am I going to be able to run in England? I mean really? That night of course will be filled with debauchery, so I need to run to counteract the effects.
Please keep me honest! Wouldn’t you like to read happy thoughts, more than “I failed again” thoughts?
