I’m dragging like whoa today. I am not sure if it’s the medication change, or the fact that I just don’t go to sleep early enough, but man. I am in a fog. Damn fog.
So The Tommy Show is going to be in Manassas this afternoon.
I love them. Especially Tommy. He’s so cute and funny and frankly he likes saving animals (dogs especially) so I am kind of like “You’re amazing”. Part of me wants to go meet him/them this afternoon, and the other part of me is like “No, don’t. You’ll make a fool of yourself.” Which is true.
I’d walk up say something stupid like “Omg I can’t believe I am meeting you local radio host man” and then I would stand there awkwardly when it is obviously time for me to move on, and I won’t know how. Of course I’d show up and leave by myself and then most likely – half because it’s me and half because the event is at a Wendy’s – get a large frosty and some horribly large hamburger and then drive home where I consume the food thinking about how weird I am, only to be talked about the next morning on said show.
“God remember that chick who was like stalkerish?”
Yeah I can see (hear) it now.
I really want to go to LuLuLemon and buy all of the running gear. I want to be the stylish runner. Plus I think I would be more comfortable in their clothes, more so than the clothes I have. I am trying not to use my gift card (THANKS LISA) until I get a little smaller. I want these threads to last.
Speaking of running…
I am going to attempt to run outside today.
I know. I’ve been relying too much on the indoors out of heat, laziness, and fear. I need to incorporate harder terrain into my runs, because that marathon isn’t going to be on a treadmill with How I Met Your Mother or Sex and the City playing in front of me. No sir. It will be me. Running through DC. Like a mad person. For 26.2 miles.
The Marathon Route is the RED AND PURPLE. omg.
After I hit the 13.1 mile mark I think I’ll just pretend that was a practice run and the next 13.1 miles are my actual race of a half marathon. Yeah that will work.
So I refuse to buy any hockey tickets until the NHL Lockout is fixed, because you know stub hub ain’t going to refund my money if bitches can’t agree on money and play the damn game. Such divas. I swear. I blame the Russian’s from the Dominican Republic!
Well enough of that.
