Untrackable


That was this weekend.

Mini cupcakes.  Macaroons.  Madeline cookies. Cheese.  Very little veggies.  Almost no fruit.  Homemade Lasagna.  Bread.  Brownies.  Ice cream.  Brunch.

I ate everything.

Granted I ran 6 miles on Friday (1:03:44) and then ran 2 miles (20:39) and did Weight Training on Sunday with TPWSNBN.  Though I know it means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to weigh yourself every day, I checked on Sunday – after the decadent day before – and the scale was not happy.  I think it was up like a billion pounds or something*

Plan of the Day

  • Breakfast: Egg on English Muffin with Cream Cheese, Coffee with Protein Powder and Cream – 7 P+
  • Snack: Banana – 0P+
  • Lunch: Carrots, Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes with Hummus; Greek Yogurt, Sourdough Nibblers, Diet Pepsi – 7P+
  • Snack: Water?
  • Dinner: Soft Turkey Tacos
  • Activity: 3.1 Miles on the Treadmill

Mittens Romney announced his Vice Presidential Candidate – The VEEP – Paul Ryan from Wisconsin (Right?).  Well since I am not a big politico , I had no idea in hell who this guy was.

I’m not going to get into a big political discussion here, because frankly if you read this blog you know my stance.

Although… Paul – you lookin’ good man.  But I will not be swayed by a nice smile and a P90x regime. {HILARIOUS Gawker Article}

I got to work at 7:20 so I’m totally not feeling guilty about leaving at 3:45 today.  Monday’s are like impossible for me to make it through.  I am not sure what it is about Sunday nights that I feel like I can sit up watching TV (Last night was True Blood) and then reading (Then Came You – I totally suggest this book) and going to bed at like 11:30 -12 and being okay the next day.

IT DOES NOT WORK.

Yet I continue to do it.  Because I am crazy.  Absolutely insane.  Along with eating like a crazed person on the weekends and expecting my weigh in to be different.

In case you didn’t catch that:

01/100 – 100 Days to Healthy

I don’t care if I have to start over again and again.  I will hit that 100 days.

Goal is – November 20, 2012  would be 100 days from now.  CAN I DO IT?  There is a vacation in there, but I can make healthy choices.  I don’t have to have 8 million servings of fish and chips.

But I may have 8 million beers.  I am really looking forward to Pub hopping.

And Shopping.  Which burns calories.  In my world. If I walk fast.
