New Running Shirts Make Me SUPER HAPPY. Especially ones that make me feel like a freaking rock star when wearing it.
It’s 99% mental going out for a run. Every little pep talk helps. Even if it’s on my shirt and looking down and reading it over and over gets me through the mileage.
I have a love/hate relationship with Running.
I love it when I have found my groove in the milage, and when it’s over.
I hate it when I first start out. I hate it when it’s hot. I hate it when it’s cold. I hate it when I’m sore before the run. I hate when I just want to give up.
But Chuck Norris doesn’t quit. Neither does Bebe.
Or something.

Great write up! Really enjoyed reading it and relating to it. Little things like a new t-shirt are excellent motivators. Little things like that go a huge way. I have a masters in exercise and sport science with a concentration in sport psychology and blog about exercise advice and motivational tips if you are interested in following. I am more than happy to help any way possible. Keep up the great work!
