Well, as promised I am posting before photos. Just yesterday I posted before and after photos of 43 pounds lost, which I thought was hard enough. I thought it was hard to post a photo from my honeymoon that is public on facebook, but I am just tagged, and it was 5 years ago, and it’s buried deep in the depths of my photo albums. But I posted it here, in front of anyone.
Well I’m doing it again.

I just started Stage 1 which is 8 weeks long. I’ll retake pictures after each stage so you’ll see these again in 8 weeks, along with my weight progression (How much I use during the workout) and weight loss (if there is any).



Yay more blogs about chicks lifting! I get so pumped and inspired reading about women like myself who have an affinity for weight lifting! Cannot wait to see how it all pans out for ya!
